In stock orders will ship within three(3) to five(5) business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email with expected ship date. All orders will ship via USPS Mail. 

Tracking for International Orders is not available. 
International Buyers please be aware that orders may be required to be picked up and that additional customs fees may be charged at the time of pick-up in accordance to international regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional fees. 

At the time of purchase, please verify the shipping information. If a package returns to us and needs reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping fees may be required.

If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days and we'll be happy to work with you. Please note you may be responsible for shipping charges. Due to the nature of soap, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns. 

If damage has occurred during shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged items within two(2) weeks after delivery and we will get a replacement out to you. 

Lost packages sometimes happen. If your package does not arrive, please contact us. We will send out a replacement after an appropriate wait period as sometimes packages are delayed in transit due to various reasons.


// Are your products completely natural? 

- The majority of our products are made from completely natural ingredients. Some products contain synthetic fragrance oils for scents not achievable with essential oils. All of products are preservative and dye free.
